Step 1: Choose your promotional products

  1. Clients can choose from our online catalogue or we can advice a variety of products that suits your purpose.
Step 2: Quotation

  1. Formal quotation (Prices (with no hidden charges), payment details, and estimated delivery date) will be sent by our sales executive on the products you required.
Step 3: Placing the order & Sample production

  1. Simply reply to your quotation confirming you would like to order along with your chosen payment option and send back to us with your artwork and we will do the rest.
  2. In normal situation, 50% downpayment is required before sample production.
  3. Our design team will provide computer modelling design artwork for the customised gifts before sample production.
  4. We will produce a sample to ensure the product is fit for the purpose (7-10 days). The majority of our samples are non-chargeable.
Step 4: Mass Production

  • Mass production will begin after approving the sample quality.  (15-30 working days depending on the type of products)
